We collect and use personal data as needed in order for us to provide you an end-to-end network management service, including network connectivity, proactive monitoring and management of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) as well as 24/7 support. Our privacy policy has been developed to ensure that the collection, use, disclosure and storage of such information is handled appropriately in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations.

This policy applies to any person for whom we currently hold, or may in the future collect, personal information.

Generally, the types of information that we may collect and hold include:

• (b) address;
• (c) contact information;
• (d) place and date of birth;
• (e) bank account details; and
• (f) Other data that could directly or indirectly identify you.

Most of your personal data is collected from you when:

• (a) You sign up for our services;
• (b) You request assistance from our customer support team;
• (c) You complete surveys, subscribe to newsletters, or request other information from us; and

  • (i) through internal servers; and
  • (ii) on electronic storage devices, including DVD and USB.

to comply with a legal obligation; or to prevent imminent harm to public security, safety or order, collectively referred to as “Data Use Purpose.”

When required by our Privacy Policy and the law, and before we collect, process, use, or share your Personal Information for any other purpose other than enumerated above, we will ask for your consent.

How you can access, update, or delete your data

If you make a request to delete your personal data, that request will be honored only to the extent where the data is no longer needed for the Services you have purchased, or when it is no longer required for our business, legal or contractual record keeping requirements.

From time to time, we may update our privacy policy and practices to comply with changes in the laws, rules, and regulations, to comply with government and regulatory requirements, to adapt to new technologies and protocols, to align with industry practices, or for other legitimate purposes.
